A Guide on how to plan your chair massage event

  1. Customize your event through the request services application, or give us a call.
  2. Set aside a safe space for massage therapist - 6’x6’ per massage chair
  3. Enjoy your event. ZENI will take care of the rest.


Each therapist can treat 3-5 people per hour, depending on session length:

  • 12 minutes (10 mins hands on) = 5 people per hour
  • 15 minutes (13 mins hands on) = 4 people per hour
  • 20 minutes (18 mins hands on) = 3 people per hour

TIP: Events of 3 hours or longer are booked faster and are preferred by therapists. Your participants will appreciate longer sessions as well! Events that are 5 hours or longer will include a 30 minute unpaid break for the therapist.

FAQ's For St. Louis, MO Chair Massage

A chair massage is a short, seated massage that focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, and arms, providing quick stress relief without the need to remove clothing.

It reduces stress, relieves muscle tension, boosts focus, improves circulation, and enhances overall workplace morale.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

Payment will be processed after the service is completed.

If there is no response regarding the final charge within 24 hours of the scheduled event, the Company reserves the right to process the payment with an included 12% gratuity.

A. Provide a safe, comfortable space for our therapists to work.

B. Ensure the area is free of safety hazards for both your employees and our therapists.

C. Allow enough room for our therapists to set up their massage chairs and perform services without disruption. A 6′ x 6′ area is recommended per chair to allow the therapist adequate space to perform treatments.
