A chair massage is a short, seated massage that focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, and arms, providing quick stress relief without the need to remove clothing.
No preparation is needed. Employees remain fully clothed, and we provide the massage chair and necessary equipment.
It reduces stress, relieves muscle tension, boosts focus, improves circulation, and enhances overall workplace morale.
This depends on company needs, but weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions are common for maintaining employee wellness.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Payment will be processed after the service is completed.
If there is no response regarding the final charge within 24 hours of the scheduled event, the Company reserves the right to process the payment with an included gratuity.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so at least 7 days in advance to receive a 20% refund in the form of a credit towards rescheduling another event with no expiration date. Any cancellations before that will allow you to have a 50% refund in the form of a credit with no expiration date.
The remaining 80% and 50% is retained to honor the time and commitment of our administrative team and licensed massage therapists. As independent contractors, they reserve time specifically for your service and rely on that income. We appreciate your understanding and your support of our wellness professionals.
A. Provide a safe, comfortable space for our therapists to work.
B. Ensure the area is free of safety hazards for both your employees and our therapists.
C. Allow enough room for our therapists to set up their massage chairs and perform services without disruption. A 6′ x 6′ area is recommended per chair to allow the therapist adequate space to perform treatments.
Nothing at all. Your licensed massage therapist will arrive fully equipped with everything needed for the session, including a massage chair, sanitizing supplies, and optional calming music.

We ask that all clients provide a clean, quiet, and safe space for the massage.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments.
Payment is due after service is complete.
Payments may be refunded to the original form of payment in the event of a last-minute
cancellation by ZENI.
In the event of inclement weather, either the client (event host) or the massage therapist may cancel the appointment without penalty for safety reasons.
Your payment will not be lost — instead, it will be credited in full toward a future booking at your convenience.

For all group events and parties, ZENI Chair Massage will provide a sign-in sheet that includes a brief consent form.
All guests are required to print their name and provide a signature before receiving a massage. This ensures a smooth, safe, and professional experience for everyone.
